【仕事内容】

朝日新聞社が運営するデジタルサービス「朝日新聞デジタル版」のテックリードを募集しております。

ユーザーに近いウェブ/モバイルフルスタックチームにおいて、

マイクロサービスアーキテクチャの設計およびバックエンド開発を中心に担当します。

クラウドを利用したインフラ構成管理にも関わるポジションです。

朝日新聞デジタルにおけるサービスの技術的な品質担保、技術戦略の策定をお任せいたします。

【具体的には】

・ マイクロサービスアーキテクチャ設計、技術選定、インフラ構成の作成、およびレビュー

・ バックエンドの設計、実装、およびレビュー

・ 技術戦略の立案および推進

【技術スタック】

▼プロダクト開発チーム

・プログラミング言語:Go、Python、TypeScript、Java、PHP、Swift、Kotlinなど

・フレームワーク:React、Spring Boot、Laravel など

・その他:Docker、Docker compose

▼インフラ

・クラウドインフラ:AWS、AWS Organizations、Terraform (構成管理)

・監視:AWS CloudWatch、NewRelic、Atlassian Opsginie

・CI/CD:GitHub Actions

・プログラミング言語:Go

・その他:gRPC (サービス間通信)

【求める人材】

・5年以上のバックエンド開発経験

・Go/TypeScriotでの開発経験

・Terraform や CloudFormation などによる構成管理の経験

・AWS、Azure または GCP を使ったクラウドインフラ設計の経験あるいはそれに準ずる知識

・技術選定の経験

・開発チームの生産性を向上させる取り組みの経験

・エンジニア経験10年以上

└ 開発環境の整備(ローカル開発環境 / CI・CDなど)

【給与】

年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
