■職務内容
フロントエンドあるいはサーバーサイドの専門知識を活かし、数名のチームをリードしていただきます。
チームの力を最大限に引き出すとともに、顧客の課題解決やビジネスの改善に貢献していただくことがミッションです。
具体的には以下の業務に取り組んでいただきます。
【1】顧客課題の整理~ソリューション提案・要件への落とし込み
お客様や自社の課題を正しく把握し、ビジネスモデルの構築や改善策を考案する。
技術面だけでなく、ビジネス上の要件や市場背景を踏まえた提案を行い、実現可能な解決策へ落とし込む。
【2】技術リーディング
自身の専門領域に精通し、コードレビューや設計のチェックを通じて、メンバーのレベルアップや品質向上を図る。
フロントエンド、サーバーサイドそれぞれの技術的知見を活かして、最適なツールやフレームワークの活用を推進する。
【3】チームリーディング
数名規模のチームを統括し、メンバー間の連携を促進する。
各メンバーの課題や意見を整理し、チーム全体の成長を支援する。
【4】ツール活用の推進
開発プロセスの効率化を目的とした各種ツール(CI/CD、プロジェクト管理ツール、コミュニケーションツールなど)の導入・活用に積極的に取り組む。
