クロス・マーケティンググループは、総合マーケティングソリューション企業として、データマーケティング、デジタルマーケティング、インサイトの3つの事業を柱に据え、DX(デジタルトランスフォーメーション)化を加速することで、さらなる成長を目指しており、国内外に子会社を有する持ち株会社です。

また、中期経営計画「DX Action 2024」を策定し、「マーケティングDXパートナー」になるべく事業を推進しており、2024年6月期の目標として、時価総額300億円、連結売上高300億円、連結営業利益30億円を目指しています。

【募集に至った背景】

今回募集となる部門は、グループを統括するホールディングカンパニー内の内部統制を含む法務コンプライアンス部門となります。

積極的なM&Aと子会社設立により、急速に規模が拡大している当社グループにおいては、海外を含む適正な法務体制の構築、国内外におけるコーポレートガバナンス体制の構築に伴う諸手続き対応、内部統制の整備・運用評価の実施、そしてコンプライアンスの強化が急務となっております。

特に急成長しているデジタルマーケティング領域を中心に今後もM&Aには積極的に取り組んでいくほか、上場企業としてのコーポレートガバナンス体制の確立や個人情報保護など業務範囲も広がっているための体制強化です。

【お任せしたい職務内容】

■国内外のグループ各社の内部監査の企画と推進

(リスクアセスメントの実施、監査計画の策定、監査品質の改善)

■月次、四半期決算時の実査対応

■監査等委員会の運営事務局(社外取締役とのコミュニケーション連携)

■その他GDPR対応、J-SOX対応など

■リスクマネジメント委員会の企画運営

■BCPの策定と推進

■個人情報管理などの企画推進

※ご経験とご志向性によって業務をアサインいたします

現在は便宜上コーポレート本部長が兼務で内部監査を実施しておりますが、客観性を担保して不正や浪費を防止し、また財務報告の信頼性向上や組織の効率性改善への寄与といった本来果たすべき機能を強化すべく、経験と実務力双方を兼ね備えた方を求めます。

年収 600 ~ 800 万円

給与改定:年1回
