職務内容:

・ガバナンス、リスク、内部統制(GRIC)チームをリードし、戦略の策定と実施を担当する。

・リスク評価の管理、リスク軽減策の提案、リスク監視プロセスの監督を行う。

・チームにリーダーシップを提供し、部門間の協力を促進する。

・ガバナンス、リスク管理、内部統制に関する最新の動向や規制の変更を把握し、組織の能力を向上させる。

Job Description:

・Lead the Governance, Risk, and Internal Control (GRIC) team and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies.

・Provide the services of managing risk assessments, proposing risk mitigation measures, and overseeing risk monitoring processes.

・Provide leadership to the team and promote collaboration across departments.

・Stay updated on the latest trends and regulatory changes in governance, risk management, and internal control to enhance the organization's capabilities.

必須条件

・ガバナンス、リスク管理、内部統制、コンプライアンス、または関連分野で5年以上の経験があること。

・JCPAまたはCPAに相当する資格。

・強力な分析力と問題解決能力。

・チームリーダーシップの実績。

・優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーションスキル。

Must

・Over 5 years of experience in governance, risk management, internal control, compliance, or related fields.

・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

・Proven experience in team leadership.

・Excellent communication and presentation skills.

・JCPA or certifications equivalent to CPA
