外食産業に特化した人材コンサルティング業務です。

■ 企業への採用コンサルティング(BtoB)
課題解決:経営者や人事責任者から経営課題をヒアリング
人材提案:課題を解決できる「未来の活躍人材」をピンポイントで提案
ヘッドハンティング:経営の右腕となるエグゼクティブ層のスカウト
■ 求職者へのキャリア支援(BtoC)
キャリア面談:求職者の経験・強み・将来のビジョンを深掘り
マッチング:非公開求人を含む、最適な企業の紹介・選考対策
入社後フォロー:長く活躍できるよう、入社後も継続的にサポート
