Position: Generative AI Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to develop web services using RAG, prompt engineering, and modern generative AI APIs, as well as contribute to the development of our internal AI platform.
Applicants without prior AI experience are welcome-Web development experience and our internal training will support your growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and develop generative AI-based solutions
- Build systems using RAG
- Optimize AI model performance through prompt engineering
- Integrate AI models with web services and APIs
- Develop, operate, and improve internal AI products
- Participate in full-cycle development from requirements to delivery

- OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini
- GitHub, Figma, Notion, Teams
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of web system development experience
- API design and implementation experience
- JLPT N2 or higher / Business-level Japanese
Preferred
- Experience with RAG or prompt engineering
- Experience with generative AI APIs
- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- UI/UX design experience using Figma
Compensation
- 6,000,000-8,000,000 JPY annually (based on experience)
