AI Training Program Developer/AI Instructor
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI professional to lead the development and delivery of
corporate AI training programs
. This role focuses on designing
hands-on, practical AI education
that enables organizations to accelerate AI adoption and develop internal talent.
You will be responsible not only for teaching, but also for
curriculum design, content development, and interactive training delivery
, using the latest advancements in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop corporate AI and Data Science training programs
- Create training materials including slides, exercises, and case studies
- Deliver lectures and hands-on workshops
- Continuously update content based on new technologies and industry trends
- Assess learner progress and provide structured feedback
- Customize programs based on business and training requirements
- Collaborate with other instructors and AI professionals
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in corporate training or professional education
- Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Generative AI
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Japanese proficiency-business level (N2) with spoken English
Preferred
- AI-related certifications (e.g., JDLA)
- Experience in instructional design or training customization
- Experience in AI, DX, or data-related projects
- Experience delivering online or workshop-based training
Compensation
JPY 7,000,000 - 9,000,000 annually
