Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audio Visual Management Specialist located in Nishitokyo. The Audio Visual Management Specialist will be responsible for managing audio-visual equipment, coordinating AV setups for events and meetings, maintaining AV systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing user support and training. Day-to-day tasks will include setting up AV equipment, ensuring proper functionality, and collaborating with other teams to deliver high-quality AV experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing and operating audio-visual equipment and systems.
- Technical skills in troubleshooting AV hardware and software issues.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate AV setups for events and meetings.
- Excellent user support and training skills to assist clients and internal teams with AV equipment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of AV technologies, including projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Nishitokyo and provide hands-on support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Business-level bilingual communication skills in both Japanese and English.
