「グローバル事業推進【IPO準備推進/ハイブリッド勤務】」のポジションの求人です

吉積ホールディングスにて海外展開している8拠点(Vietnam/Indonesia/Singapore/Thailand/China/Taiwan/India/Brazil)の事業統括をいただきます。

同社グループのGlobalでの収益拡大及び各拠点での当社プレゼンス最大化

【具体的な職務内容】

各拠点における事業戦略策定・実行から組織マネジメントに至るまで、経営層や現地Directorと連携しながら事業推進を実行する統括Manager業務を担っていただきます。

■Global戦略の立案/実行

・各拠点の事業戦略(短期・中期)策定及び実行

・中長期のGlobal事業全体での組織設計検討及び実行

・海外子会社のガバナンス管理及び運営支援(現地Directorのマネジメント支援)

・主たるパートナーであるGoogle等、各パートナーとの関係構築

■組織マネジメント

・所管部署(海外事業本部)の組織編成および運営方針の立案・実施

・予算(年度・月次)の立案、予実管理、分析および報告

・所属メンバーの教育、育成、研修計画の策定および人事考課

・リスクマネジメントおよびコンプライアンスの徹底

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション(平均月1回の海外出張)

■ITビジネス経験(IT業界における事業企画、または事業推進の実務経験)

■10名以上の組織マネジメント経験(計数管理含む)

【歓迎要件】

・海外ビジネスの立ち上げ、または海外拠点との実務的な折衝経験

・クラウドサービス(特にGoogle Cloud)に関する経験・知見

・SIビジネスやITコンサルティングに関する経験・知見

・生成AI (Generative AI)ビジネスや技術動向に関する経験・知見

・BtoB領域におけるマーケティング戦略の立案経験

【給与】

年収 1200 ~ 2000 万円

※経験・能力を考慮の上、決定いたします。

役職手当:10,000円~100,000円

※等級によっては役職手当の対象外です

※オファー金額は選考の過程で変更となる可能性あり

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
