Purpose of the role

  • IATF 16949 審査員業務(経験により航空宇宙防衛産業におけるAS9100審査員も目指していただくこともあります)
  • 認定基準に適合した審査もしくは検証を実施すること。
  • 専門知識を提供し、審査もしくは検証報告書を作成し、認証を決定するための推薦を行う。
  • 認証判定プロセスの確実な遂行を行う。
  • BSI が提供する製品およびソリューションを顧客に推進し、顧客の業績を向上させること。
  • ビジネスパフォーマンス、リスク管理、卓越性の習慣化

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • BSIの要求事項に従って指示されたマネジメントシステムの審査もしくは検証を確実に実施する。
  • 審査報告書を作成し、審査結果を顧客に提供し、審査決定に対する顧客の理解と、適切な場合には特定の是正処置項目への明確な指示を確保する。
  • BSIの方針、手順、および所定の期間に従って、認証書の発行、再発行、または取消しを推奨し、推奨事項を報告する。
  • 必要に応じて審査チームを率い、チームメンバーに十分な説明を行い、サービスの質を維持し、顧客とチーム内の両方で効果的な協力関係を維持する。
  • 効果的なパートナーシップを確立し、発展させることで、商業的な関係を確保し、ビジネス発展の機会を促し、ポートフォリオ内のクライアントの満足度を向上させる。
  • BSIのサポートサービス機能に正確かつ迅速な情報を提供し、クライアント記録が最新かつ完全であること、その他すべての社内情報要件が満たされていることをサポートサービス機能と密接に連携する。
  • 自身の時間を最大限に活用し、収益活動を最大化するために、業務量を計画/スケジュールる。
  • 特に経験の浅い審査員や顧客のビジネス/テクノロジーに不慣れなメンバーがいる場合、必要に応じて同僚を教育し、要求に応じて新しい同僚の入社と教育を支援する。
  • 審査もしくは検証スキル、技術およびマネジメントシステム規格の知識を維持・発展させる。また、会社方針に従い、社内認定資格の取得及び維持を行う。
  • ビジネス開発、営業、カスタマーサービススタッフを通じて顧客に技術サポートを提供する。

  • 出張を厭わない

Language requirements: Business English

  • 英語の読み書き(会話ができればなお良い)

Knowledge and Experience

  • 過去15年間の就業経験の内、最低4年以上の実務経験(その4年間のうち2年間の品質保証及び/又は品質マネジメント業務の専従を含む)
  • 品質マネジメントシステム分野の知識と経験を有する。

Qualifications

  • 大学卒業又は同等の学歴
  • 自動車業界での就業経験(OEM, Tier1, Tier2, Tier3 等を含む)
  • IATF 16949 審査員資格 / IATF 16949 審査員コース合格(あれば尚可)
  • 航空業界での就業経験(あれば尚可)
  • AS9100審査員資格 / AS9100 審査員コース合格(あれば尚可)
  • ISO 9001(あれば尚可)
  • 審査経験(ISO関連)(あれば尚可)

■勤務条件

【勤務地】 横浜本社 みなとみらいオフィス

【在宅勤務制度】正社員審査員登用後は在宅勤務

有期雇用契約期間中は、みなとみらいオフィスへの出社あり

【就業時間】

9:00 ~17:30 (実働 7.5時間 / 休憩 60分)(残業 有)

【想定年収】

想定年収(有期雇用契約スタートの場合):520万~850万(経験等に基づく)

月額給与には、毎月 45時間のみなし残業手当を含む。

【賞与】

業績連動。正社員審査員登用後に対象となります。(有期雇用期間中は対象外)

年1回 4月に支給。

【各種手当】

通勤手当、残業手当、在宅勤務手当(正社員審査員登用後)、

【試用期間】

6ヶ月(正社員スタートの場合)

【休日】

土日祝祭日、他、年末年始 (カレンダーによる)

【有給休暇】

勤続年数に基づく。(初年度は入社月による。※初年度最大 年14日)

病欠休暇(初年度は、入社月による。最大 年5日)、ボランティア休暇(年1日)

他、慶弔に関する特別休暇あり。

【定年年齢】

65歳 (定年後は、在職中の勤怠や成績に基づき、個人事業主としての契約切り替え有)

TOEIC・ITパスポート受検費用補助(条件あり)、

確定拠出年金制度(DC)※勤続年数に応じた金額を会社が拠出

【備考】

・正社員: 認証機関での審査員としての活動経験がある場合、正社員スタートとなる場合があります。

(試用期間 あり)

・契約審査員:認証機関での審査員未経験の方は、有期雇用契約社員からのスタートとなります。

その後、BSIで活動できる審査員としての資格を満たした方は有期雇用契約審査員から正社員に切り替えあり。

(有期雇用契約期間中は、賞与、昇給 対象外です。)

~審査員になるまでのプロセス(審査員未経験者の場合)~

※ISO9001ならびにIATF16949の資格取得を目指していただきます。ISO9001ならびにIATF16949の主任審査員資格を取得いただいた時点で正社員に切り替えとなります。(ご経験やスキルに基づきトレーニング計画を立てます。)

【選考プロセス】

面接(2~3回)、最終面接前に、SPI(オンライン)の実施あり。
