プロモーション・サービス紹介動画の企画、撮影、編集

動画制作におけるディレクション(スタッフとの調整・進行管理)

チラシ、パンフレット、ポスターなどのデザイン制作

SNS・WEB広告クリエイティブの制作(静止画・動画)

ブランドガイドラインに基づいたデザイン品質管理

企画・営業部門と連携し訴求内容の改善 など

現場スタッフを支える

ケア21は、介護や医療サービスを中心とした様々な事業を行なっ

ています。全国に500以上の事業所を展開し、8000名を超える従

業員が様々な現場で活躍中です。本社勤務は、現場スタッフが安

心・安定して働ける就業環境を整えます。利用者の方へ直接サー

ビスは行いませんが、心からの介護サービスを支える存在です。

資格


【必須スキル・経験】

・動画制作・編集の実務経験(Premiere Pro 等の使用経験)

・グラフィックデザインの実務経験(Illustrator、Photoshop)

・制作物の企画意図に沿ったアウトプットができる方

・社内外との円滑なコミュニケーションができる方

【歓迎スキル・経験】

・動画ディレクション経験(企画構成・絵コンテ制作・演出・撮影管理 など)

・WEB広告クリエイティブの制作経験

・美術大学・芸術系大学卒の方を優遇します

・写真撮影、ライティング技術のある方

勤務時間


実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日

基本9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

・週休2日(基本土日)

・祝日

・有給休暇(半年後10日)

給与


月給 34万円以上

(一律手当を含む)

・基本給 260,000円~

・地域手当 10,000円

・役付手当 70,000円

  • 管理監督者のため残業代の支給はなし
