【仕事内容】

  • 総務業務

・来客・電話対応 ・備品の発注・管理

・社内文書の作成・管理 ・勤怠集計

・車両管理 ・メール対応 ・稟議書類回付

  • 経理業務

・出金伝票の処理 ・請求書の処理

・小口現金の管理 ・仕訳入力

・振込手続き ・請求書作成

※勤務地:神奈川支店(神奈川県大和市下鶴間2丁目9-28)

※入社後は、東京支店(稲城長沼)の総務経理担当者や本部スタッフと密に連携しながら業務を進めていただきます。

新規立ち上げのため選考を通して確定します。

【ポイント】

・岩手県発の企業であり、東北を中心に現在では日本全国に展開した成長企業です。主軸事業である「ビズハウジング」は日本住宅が約30年の年月をかけて築いた独自ビジネスモデルであり、土地活用を考える地主などに賃貸住宅の運用を提案するほか、建物の設計、施工、メンテナンス、リフォームなどを一貫して行っています。

・土曜出社が年10日程度ございます(社内カレンダー設定日)。別途会社指定の休日がございますので、年間求人日数は120日以上。2026年は年間休日126日になるので、プライベートな時間も大切にできるオススメのポジションです。

・残業時間は月平均10~20時間程度と少なく、腰を据えて長期的に働ける環境です。

・未経験の業務があっても、OJTを通じて丁寧にお伝えしますので、ご安心ください。

【年収・給与】

450万円 ~ 566万円(年俸制)月額37万円 ~ 47万円固定残業:あり(基本給 299,500円 ~ 371,453円、固定残業45時間分(75,500円~100,547円))※超過分別途支給※年棒÷12ヵ月=月給※上記金額は基準です。前職給与・希望金額を考慮の上決定します。昇給:あり
