仕事内容:

建築・住宅・インテリア分野に関わる法人向け営業として、

海外サニタリー製品の輸入販売 または 建築金物の卸売営業 をお任せします。

入社後は商品知識や業界理解からスタートし、適性に応じて配属部門を決定します。

【具体的な業務内容】

■ 輸入販売部門(サニタリー製品)

  • 設計事務所・マンションデベロッパー・ホテル・ゼネコンへの提案営業
  • 新規顧客へのテレアポ・アプローチ
  • 商談(ニーズヒアリング、新商品の提案)
  • 見積作成、受注対応
  • 納品対応、アフターフォロー
  • 商品構造・仕様の確認、簡単なメンテナンス対応
  • 商品開発や広告宣伝の企画
  • メールマガジンの企画・制作

■ 建築金物卸売部門

  • 既存取引先(卸売業者・金物店・建具メーカー)へのルート営業
  • 新規取引先の開拓
  • 商談(ニーズヒアリング、新商品の提案)
  • 見積作成、受注対応
  • 納品対応、アフターフォロー

単なる「物売り」ではなく、

「どの商品が最適か」「どう使えば空間価値が高まるか」 を一緒に考える提案型営業です。

お客様からの相談に応えられた時に、手応えを感じられる仕事です。

固定残業代あり:月給¥218,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥38,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

想定年収:350 〜 450万円

月給:218,000円〜

【月給の内訳】

・基本給:180,000円〜

・固定残業手当:月30時間分、38,000円〜。超過分は別途支給。
