XPLACEとは

東急歌舞伎町タワー5階に展開する、レストラン・バー・サウナなどを融合した都市型エンターテインメント拠点です。誰でも立ち寄れるオープンな空間として、新しい体験価値を提供しています。

【お任せしたいこと】

  • Xplace全体のブランド戦略・価値設計
  • サービス体験・空間・コミュニケーションの一貫性づくり
  • 企画・運営・PRなど各担当を横断したディレクションや調整
  • 新しい施策・打ち手の立案と実行(スピード重視)
  • ブランド価値向上に直結するKPI設計・改善

※「考えるだけ」ではなく、自ら手を動かし、試し、結果を出すポジションです。

勤務時間・曜日:

休日:平日シフト制(※土日祝は原則出勤)

9:45~23:30

※上記時間帯の中でシフト制勤務(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

※月ごとのシフト提出制

※繁忙期は勤務時間が前後する場合があります

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥60,000〜¥70,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

※月給には通勤手当:一律2.5万円が含まれます。

※昇給・賞与:年2回(2月・8月)
