仕事内容


機械設計エンジニアリング企業で

総務・人事のお仕事をお願いします。

<具体的には…>

・総務、人事業務全般

(書類作成、勤怠管理、経費精算

備品発注、社保対応、リース対応など)

・派遣先へお伺いし労務管理等

(技術者の派遣をしている)

・社内のレイアウト変更時における

什器等の移動サポート

・会社が保有している太陽光発電所における

メンテナンス作業の一環としての草刈り作業

(春先から夏にかけての期間限定的な対応)

・その他総務部内の業務に付随する業務

移動時に社用車(AT車)の運転あり

宿泊を伴う出張あり

トラブル対応等、緊急時の突発対応あり
