配属組織について(概要・ミッション)
■組織のミッション
サプライチェーンマネジメント本部は2024年に設立され、そのミッションは全社のサプライチェーンをより強固なものにすることであり、配属先の物流本部は物流面からそのミッションを達成することをその目的としています。
物流の効率化、強靭化を通じて会社の競争力向上に寄与しています。

上記の目標実現に向けて、グローバル拠点のサポート体制の充実や業務品質の向上、確立を目的とし、若手~ベテランまで多様な経験を持ったメンバーを増員したい。
また今後は環境規制や法規への対応がより多く求められることも想定されるため、持続的に業務対応を行えるようよりバランスの取れた人員構成を目指す。
■募集経緯
上記の目標と課題に対して、国内/海外物流業務や生産管理業務などのある経験者を採用し、入社後3~5年で自動車業界の専門知識を身に着けていただくことで、将来的にリーダーとなっていただき、今後のマネジメント候補層の強化を図りたいという結論に至った。

経験に応じ、データを活用した国内、海外での物流効率化のプロジェクトリーダーとして、より効率的な物流の実現を推進させることがミッションになります。

現場レベルからの課題を抽出し、クロスファンクショナル(機能またぎ)クロスリージョナル(地域、国を問わない)で改善をリードしていただきます。
経験を積んでいただき、数年後にはマネジメント候補となるべくスキルを習得していただきます。
職務概要(具体的な業務内容)
■具体的な業務例
以下のような物流改善とそれに関わる業務をお願いする予定です。
・物流データを活用、分析した改善の提案
・調達、営業等他機能と連携した改善活動の推進
・他Region SCM管理者・担当者との連携及び業務進捗管理・支援
・週次及び月次の、本部長・EVPへのレポート作成における上位職のサポート
■入社後すぐの業務
まずはご経験に合わせて、可能な範囲から先輩社員の業務を徐々に引き継いでいただきます。
入社3~5か月程度で分析やプロジェクト進捗は1人で進められるようになっていただくことを期待しています。
■入社6か月~1年以降
業務に慣れてきましたら、資料の作成など、上司や関係者に提出するデータやレポートをまとめていただきます。
数年後にはマネジメントとして全体の進捗管理などもお任せしたいと考えています。
働き方・就業環境
■リモートワーク頻度
週2~3日程度のリモートワーク勤務を併用するケースが多いです。
打ち合わせ、来客等状況により出社頻度は異なります。
■平均残業時間
多い時で月25~30時間程度、通常時で月15~20時間程度の残業時間が想定されます。

■職務経験
・国内/国際物流業務経験者(3年以上)
・営業、調達など他部署とのコミュニケーションが円滑にできる
・サプライヤー(物流)と協業した改善実施経験がある
■資格
・TOEIC 600点程度の英語力 (読み、書き、会話:英語である程度ビジネスコミュニケーションできるレベル)
歓迎条件
■職務経験
・物流費の見積作成が出来る (End to Endで個当たりの物流費が算出出来る能力)
・海外案件(輸出入案件含む)について、海外ステークホルダーとの折衝による改善の経験
・対外的な部門や生産技術部門の職務経験者
・物流業界(物流企業、商社の物流部門など)出身者
・複数チームメンバーのマネジメント経験
■資格
・TOEIC 700点程度の英語力 (読み、書き、会話:英語でビジネスコミュニケーションできるレベル)
