Key ResponsibilitiesReview internal materials and ensure full alignment with relevant regulatory requirements.
Manage regulatory interactions, including preparation and communication with authorities.
Provide advisory support to internal teams on compliance issues across asset classes.
Coordinate and collaborate with global compliance teams to align standards and policies.
Contribute to the enhancement and consistency of compliance frameworks across the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:
Over 7 years of experience in an asset management company, with hands-on exposure to business compliance.
Strong understanding of investment trust and investment advisory regulations.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear advisory guidance.
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Language Requirements:
Japanese:
Native level.
English:
Intermediate to Business level (for internal communication and overseas collaboration).

Experience working across a broad range of asset classes.
