Job Description:

The Criteo Reseller Program is a strategic initiative that empowers online marketplaces to unlock incremental revenue, boost partner loyalty, and drive overall Gross Merchandise Volume by reselling Criteo Advertising solutions to their merchants.

This program allows merchants to effectively reach, engage, and convert shoppers. As an Account Strategist for CRP, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing CRP revenue through our largest advertisers in Japan.

Your solution sales ability will help you understand your advertisers' needs and objectives, while your tech-savviness will enable you to communicate effectively with Global R&D teams, local Technical Solution team, and AX team to provide tailored solutions to your clients.

This is a sales role where you will utilize your deep technical understanding of retargeting and gain new knowledge specific to CRP.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage relationships with top advertisers using CRP
  • Drive regular client meetings at different levels in the advertiser's organization
  • Grow CRP revenue and track retention of clients
  • Optimize accounts for improved account performance for the customer
  • Align and communicate with local Technical Solution team, AX team, and Global R&D teams
  • Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo's service and encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo's products and services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 2-4 years' work experience with at least 1 year in ad/marketing
  • Solution sales-minded approach to effectively assess and resolve advertiser issues encountered in the role
  • Technical knowledge of site tagging, feeds, and APIs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High business level proficiency in Japanese and English
