- 仕事内容
大阪府茨木市の人気複合施設『おにクル』で、総合案内や施設内の貸しスペースの貸出対応をお任せします。
- 具体的な仕事の内容
利用者や来館者からの問い合わせ対応・イベント内容の説明・施設全体や貸しスペースの利用方法の説明・新規予約手続き・利用料金の授受やレジ操作・貸し会議室の鍵や附帯備品の受け渡し・使用後の点検業務等
- 「おにクル」とは
2023年11月に開館した新施設「おにクル」は、ホールや会議室、図書館や子育て支援、プラネタリウム、市民活動センターなど多様な機能を備えた複合施設。ホールや会議室など貸館にかかる業務・総合案内にかかる業務の担当者として、貸館予約受付や来館者のご案内のお仕事をお任せします。

契約社員の方でも5年以上勤務された方は、
無期雇用に転換し、契約社員のまま就業して
いただくことも可能です。
※定年は65歳です。
- 望ましい経験スキル
幅広い年代の方が来場されるため、相手に合わせたコミュニケーションや行動が取れる方。専門知識は不問ですが、向学心があり自身が携わっている業務に興味・関心が持てる方。シフトでの勤務のため出勤曜日に融通が利く方。

1日の勤務例
8:40 朝礼で当日の利用状況を確認
8:55 利用者へ鍵や附帯備品の貸出し
10時以降、利用が終わった部屋の点検や次の利用者へ鍵の受け渡し、カウンターで利用者/来館者からの問い合わせ対応
16:45 翌日の出勤メンバーへ引き続きをして業務終了
職場の雰囲気
『おにクル』は、ホールや会議室、図書館や子育て支援、プラネタリウムなど多様な機能を備えた複合施設です。各フロアでイベントや音楽ライブ、マルシェ等が開催されるなど、活気に溢れています。複数名で業務を進めていくため、困ったことがあればすぐにサポートできる体制が整っています。業務手順も整備されており、未経験の方でも早いタイミングで業務の流れを掴んでいただいています。一緒に働く方は年代も幅広く、休館日には日々の活動共有や備品の使い方などの勉強会を行っています。
仕事のやりがい
平日・休日を問わず、親子連れや学生、社会人と様々な方が訪れ、活気に溢れたおにクルでは日々、新しい刺激を受けて有意義な時間を過ごしていただけます。1日7.5時間の勤務ですが、仕事が終わる頃にはあっという間という日も少なくはありません。
笑顔で帰っていかれるお客様を見ていると、自然と「ありがとうございました」という言葉が出てきます。
常に自己研鑽し新しい知識を習得しているメンバーと一緒にお客様に笑顔になっていただく時間を作っていきましょう
