業務内容


・人事部労務企画課メンバーとして当社ビジネスの成長を支える労務業務全般に携わっていただきます。

・定型業務に留まらず、事業成長を支える「労務企画」としての役割を担っていただくポジションです。

  • 具体的な業務:

・勤務管理・給与・福利厚生の運用

・人事異動・入退社手続

・労務に関わる業務企画改善

人事労務全般に関する役割を担うことで、業務を通じて専門性を深めながら労務全般のキャリアの幅を広げることのできる環境です。

IT・コンサルティング事業という変化の大きい環境の中で、制度・運用を「守る」だけではなく、事業のスピードや社員の働き方に適合させて進化させていくことが求められます。

応募要件


必須スキル・ご経験(MUST)

・事業会社(500名以上の社員数)での労務領域いずれかの経験3年以上

・なんらかの業務改善の経験

歓迎スキル・ご経験 (WANT)

給与計算業務・社会保険手続業務の経験

※上記業務はアウトソースしており、入社後にそれらの業務をお任せすることはありませんが、運用企画にあたってはこれらノウハウにより効率的な検討が可能となるため。

月給:基本給26.5万円以上+各種手当
※各種手当は、家族構成、住居形態、勤務地等により異なります。
昇給:年1回

【働き方について】
当社では、出社とテレワークを組み合わせたハイブリッドな勤務を全社推奨方針としており、フルリモートやリモート主体の勤務は実施しておりません。
※部署や携わるプロジェクトによって比率は変動します。

勤務時間

標準労働時間:9:00~17:30(7時間30分 / 日)
フレックスタイム制:コアタイムなし

完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日、年末年始(12/30-1/2-3)、年次有給休暇(1日・半日・時間単位)、積立休暇、リフレッシュ休暇、連続休暇、慶弔休暇 等
