仕事内容:

社内で使用するパソコンの初期設定や、

社員からのPC・ITに関する問い合わせ対応など、

社内向けのITサポート/ヘルプデスク業務をお任せします

※社外対応・クレーム対応はありません

《主なお仕事》

・PCの初期設定(キッティング)

┗ 設定、必要なソフトのインストール

・社内からの問い合わせ対応

┗ 「ネットに繋がらない」「ログインできない」など

・マニュアル・資料作成

┗ 既存資料の修正・更新が中心です

丁寧なフォロー体制があるのでご安心ください♪

難しい業務をいきなり任されることはありません。

できるところからスタートし、少しずつ慣れていける環境です。
