【ポジションの概要】

フィールドアプリケーションエンジニア(応用開発)として、営業マネージャー、海外技術と連携し、お客様に対する技術サポート、スペックイン活動、開発製品の説明を行い、新規ビジネスの獲得を担当していただける方を募集しています。

研究開発及び製造の拠点が海外にあるため、北米、ヨーロッパ、アジアのチームと開発、技術、品質のやり取りをすることも多いお仕事です。

【組織について】

今回ご入社いただいたら、エレクトロニクス&インダストリアル (E&I) 事業部のEMIノイズ対策品/熱対策製品/多機能複合製品などを手掛けるセールスチームに配属となります。

少数精鋭のチームで、顧客、営業と連携を取りながら海外技術・製造・品質部門をリードし、顧客ニーズを達成する役割を担います。

【担当業務】

  • 設計レビューために顧客側の会議に出席し、技術、品質的な設計サポートを提供する。
  • 顧客へ設計ソリューションを提供する。
  • 製品開発設計チームをリードする。
  • 部門間の活動を管理・調整し、お客様の部品開発ニーズを満たす。
  • 顧客エンジニア、営業マネージャー、代理店と協力し、既存ソューションの提案、新規および次世代のプログラムの推進、コスト削減プログラムを推進する。
  • 品質および安全システムの維持をフォローする。

リモート可(ただし試用期間終了後。ご自宅から事業所まで2時間以内で通えることが条件です)

【給与】

年収670~990万

  • 経験・能力を考慮して決定します。
  • 上記年収は「基本給+業績連動型変動賞与」です。業績連動型変動賞与を除いた「基本年収」は年収580~850万円を想定しています(ただしご経験によります)
  • 業績連動型変動賞与:原則年1回、翌年3月。原則個人のパフォーマンス及び事業部の業績によって変動します。

【勤務時間詳細】

  • 上記は標準的な所定労働時間です。
  • フレックスタイム制度あり。コアタイム11:00~15:00
  • 裁量労働制が適用された場合はフレックスタイムは適用されず、8時間働いたものとみなされます。この場合、別途「裁量手当」が支給されます。
