CMでもお馴染みの大手食品メーカーが販売する健康食品の通信販売のコールセンター業務が主です。

通信販売、とりわけ健康食品の単品通販モデルのコールセンター運営をおこなっており、一人ひとりのお客様と電話でコミュニケーションをとることでお客様に寄り添うことを大切にしております。
設立より35年にわたり、通信販売のコンサルティング会社として多くの企業サポートに携わり、現在全国8拠点にコールセンターを構えて、様々な企業をコールセンター運営でサポートしております。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

8:30~17:30(休憩1時間)

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 19万8900円 〜 25万9400円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり3万1100円 〜 4万600円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
<固定残業代について>
固定残業手当は時間外労働の有無に関わらず、1か月あたり固定残業20時間分として支給し、20時間を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給します。
※通常平均時間外は10時間~20時間程度
繁忙期は業務量により増加の可能性があります。
<昇給・賞与について>
昇給あり
- 毎年7月(評価による)
賞与あり:年2回
- 賞与は決算賞与(支給は業績による)
<手当について>
通勤手当あり:実費支給(上限なし)
