<仕事内容>

設計通りに施工がされているかの監理業務をお任せいたします。

所沢市近郊の案件を複数担当いただき、

社用車でまわりながら現地の状況を把握していただきます。

  • 業務詳細:

建物の屋根、外壁、雨樋追等の施工管理を担当していただきます。

主に非住宅(工場・倉庫・学校・公共施設等)の工事をお任せ致します。

各工事現場の現場代理人として、進捗管理、人員管理、品質管理、工程管理、材料管理を行っていただきます。

・業者と連携し、高い利益率を出すことがミッションとなります。

経験の浅い若手でもキャリアアップが目指せる環境です。

給与


【予定年収】400万円~500万円

【月給】30万円~40万円

※残業代は全額別途支給します。

・賞与あり:年2回(7月/12月)※昨年時実績3.5ヶ月

諸手当

・宅建:10万円

・1級建築士:25万円 など

資格・経験

  • 必須資格:下記の条件をいずれも満たす方

・1級建築士資格を保有

・第1種普通自動車免許を保有
