【 アセスメント事業における事業開発のリード 】

部門横断型で推進するPJのリードをお任せします。

(1)アセスメント事業の収益性強化の企画~推進

・中長期の事業戦略検討

・BPR

・アライアンス推進 など

(2)新規Saasアプリケーション開発の企画~推進

・PLないしは機能単位のリーダーとして、

営業企画~推進/PMM機能 など

【同社で得られるチャンス】

・レイヤーを上げ、新規サービス開発組織のビジネス領域リーダー

として、事業企画機能を含めてビジネスサイド全体の責任を担う

・開発ケイパビリティを装着したいビジネス側アジェンダを推進しつつ

開発ディレクションも兼務し、PdMへ踏み込む

・マーケティングに加えて、コンサルティングや研究組織も兼務し、

個社案件における各種検証、納品や論文執筆~発信を担う

【給与】

年収:784万~1265万程度

月給制:月額420500円

給与:■経験などを考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(6月、12月/※会社業績・個人評価により支給額を決定)

勤務地変更の範囲:会社の定める場所(在宅勤務含む)
