【職務内容】
連結会計×IT領域で国内シェアNo.1の「DivaSystem」において、
テックリード/テックPdMとして、技術とドメイン理解を強みに、
プロダクトの構造設計、保守改善、そしてクラウド化を推進していただきます。
オンプレミス版の技術資産をクラウド時代にふさわしい形へ変革する中で、
法制度、業務、技術を融合させたBPO-SaaSモデルの確立に貢献する重要なポジションです。
【具体的な内容】
■所属組織と役割: プロダクト開発本部 プロダクト開発統括部にて、DivaSystemの
構造設計・保守改善・クラウド化を推進するテックリード/テックPdMの役割を担います。
■取り組む主なテーマ:
・連結会計システム『DivaSystem』の段階的クラウドシフト
(Windows→Linux、Oracle→PostgreSQL、C++→Go)を推進。
・技術的負債の解消と、将来の負債を防ぐための長期視点での構造設計・リファクタリングを実施。
・会計制度・業務要件に合わせた標準機能の拡張と、保守性の高い実装。
・BPO部門と連携し、業務標準化・自動化の仕組み化とプロダクトへの反映。
・R&Dチームと連携し、安心・安全を前提とした技術選定と、将来の更新性を見据えた設計を担う。

・過去の資産を活かしつつ、変えるべき構造を見極めて再設計する挑戦的なフェーズ。
・会計・業務・技術の各専門家と協働し、プロダクトの未来を描く中核人材として活躍可能。
・コード作成から技術選定、レビュー体制整備、AIや社外人材の活用まで、裁量のある開発推進が可能です。
【求める人材】
【必須】
・開発チームの中核として、実装方針や設計方針をリードしたご経験をお持ちの方(規模・言語・業界不問)
・特定のドメイン領域に腰を据え、法制度や業務構造の理解を深めながら、自社プロダクトを通じて社会課題に向き合いたい方
【歓迎】
・ BtoB向けの業務システム(例:会計/販売/人事などの基幹領域)の開発・導入・保守のいずれかの経験
・ 自社プロダクトやサービスの企画・開発・運用に携わった経験
・ 将来の負債を見越した保守性・運用性の高い構造設計や、開発運用体制の構築にこだわりを持つこと
・ SIerやITコンサルティングファーム出身で、業務システムの上流工程に加え、設計・実装・保守まで一貫してリードしてきた経験
・ 顧客折衝や要件整理だけでなく、自らコードを書くことを厭わないこと
・ プライベートでも継続的に技術力を高めてきたこと
【給与】
年収800~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
