所属:プロダクト開発本部 プロダクト開発統括部

役割:技術とドメイン理解を武器に、DivaSystemの構造設計・保守改善・クラウド化を推進するテックリード/テックPdM

取り組む主なテーマ

・連結会計システム『DivaSystem』の段階的クラウドシフト(Windows→Linux、Oracle→PostgreSQL、C++→Go)

・技術的負債の返済と、将来の負債を防ぐ長期視点の構造設計・リファクタリング

・会計制度・業務要件に応じた標準機能の拡張・保守性の高い実装

・BPO部門と連携した業務標準化・自動化の仕組み化とプロダクト反映

・R&Dチームと連携し、安心・安全を前提に技術選定・将来の更新性を見据えた設計を担う

・開発チームの中核として、実装方針や設計方針をリードしたご経験をお持ちの方(規模・言語・業界不問)

・特定のドメイン領域に腰を据え、法制度や業務構造の理解を深めながら、自社プロダクトを通じて社会課題に向き合いたい方
