会社概要
企業営業第一部では、在日外資系企業のお客様向けのサービスを中心に主として以下の営業活動を行っています。
- 海外発のグローバル保険プログラムに関する日本国内証券の運営と管理
- 在日外資系企業に対するリスクマネジメント提案、及びそのソリューションの提供
- 弊社海外オフィス、及び海外提携先ブローカーとの連携によるリスクマネジメント提案
職務内容
- 既存保険契約のメンテナンス
- 保険契約事務手続き(申込書の作成・送付・計上、保険料請求書の発行・送付、保険料収受の確認)
- 各種データ入力、及び必要書類のファイリング作業
- 弊社海外オフィスとの連携によるグローバル保険プログラムの適正な運営
- お客様対応のサポート(営業職とともに顧客サービス品質の向上を目指す)
応募資格
【必須(MUST)】
- 保険会社またはブローカー/エージェントにおける営業経験(3年以上)
- お客様をはじめ社内外の関係者と良好な関係が築けるコミュニケーション(情報伝達)能力
- 英語によるコミュニケーション能力(メールでのコミュニケーションはMUST)
- PCスキル:Excel(関数活用、グラフ作成、簡易的なマクロ作成等)、Word、PowerPoint(デザイン力の高い提案書の作成)

勤務条件
- 給与:経験、能力などに応じて、当社規定により決定
- 勤務地:〒 東京都千代田区永田町2-10-3 キャピトルタワー
- 勤務時間:9:00-17:00(休憩60分・実働7時間) フレックスタイム制
- 待遇:賞与、各種社会保険、確定拠出年金等
- 休日:完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日、年末年始(12/30~1/3)年次有給、リフレッシュ休暇等
