仕事内容:

≪大阪支社の立ち上げをお任せします≫

地方拠点におけるHR事業とIT事業の両事業の立ち上げと地方拠点組織のマネジメント。

弊社の最も大きな組織となるHR事業におけるCAチームの組織作り、マネジメントから、SaaS事業を始めとするノンデスク業界のDX Platformの推進までお任せします。

両事業ともに事業計画・戦略立案から、CA/RA・セールス(IS・FS)・カスタマーサクセス・プロダクトチームのオペレーション構築・組織設計など、業務内容は多岐に渡ります。

■具体的な業務内容

・人材紹介、SaaSを商材とする、営業・CS体制整備(人材紹介のリボン型組織と、SaaSのThe Model型の組織の立ち上げとOPS設計)

・顧客の開発要望のヒアリングと開発チーム(エンジニア、デザイナー、PdM)との共創

・事業の業務プロセスや組織体制、KGI/KPI、ツールの構築を始めとした仕組み化/組織化の推進

・HR事業/SaaS事業におけるPlatform事業戦略の立案・推進

・地方拠点における採用業務

など、仕事の幅は広いので、キャッチアップの進捗を見ながら徐々に幅を広げて業務をお任せします。

まずは、事業開発の起点となる顧客獲得のため、営業効率の高い人材紹介やスカウト媒体の営業から、その後同一クライアントにSaaS、MarketPlaceサービスなどクロスセル提案の戦術立案、実行を担っていただきます。

求める人材:

【学歴】大学院卒,大学卒,専門卒,高卒以上

【必須条件】

・CA/RA経験3年以上

・2名以上のマネジメント経験2年以上

【歓迎(WANT)】

・人材業界での業務経験

・IT/デジタル領域においての新規事業立ち上げ責任者、もしくはマネージャーのご経験

・IT/デジタル領域においてのサービスプロダクトのオーナーのご経験

・レガシー産業など重厚長大な顧客への営業経験

・SMB向けB2B SaaSの営業経験
