【募集の背景】

クルマを乗る時に必ず発生してしまう事故リスクを極限までゼロに近づけることがミッション。単に高機能化するだけではなく、必要な機能を広く普及可能なコストで実現することも同時に求められます。
「安心して自由に移動する喜び」を全てのお客様に提供するために、世界に先駆けて安全・安心・環境負荷軽減の高い価値を持つ自動運転・運転支援システムを研究開発し、商品化することを目指しています。
クルマを通して笑顔になる人を一人でも増やすため、高齢者や運転が得意でない人々の日々の移動を支えるため、各地域向けに最適化されるベースとなる商品開発から最先端の技術開発まで、「グローバルのHonda四輪開発をリードする仲間」を求めています。
【具体的には】※ご経験/スキルに合わせ詳細業務を決定します
世界初レベルの自動運転・運転支援システム実現に向けて重要となる、コンピュータビジョン・機械学習モデルの設計・学習・評価・実装までを一貫して担っていただきます。エッジデバイス向けのモデル開発のみならず、ワールドモデル等の基盤モデル領域も含めた要素研究や学習手法の開発など、研究開発フェーズから「実車搭載・量産・運用」を見据えたモデル開発や学習手法の構築、評価がミッションです。
・End-to-End (E2E) の自動運転/運転支援向けモデルの設計・実装
・VLA/ワールドモデル等の自動運転・運転支援領域への応用研究・実装
・機械学習モデルの学習に関するアルゴリズム開発
・E2Eモデルのアプリケーション
・推論モデルを車両ECUへ適用するための最適化軽量化・高速化(Pruning, Quantization等)
※自動運転・運転支援の更なる革新のための各AI応用機能の研究開発業務、および、大学や国内外企業との共同研究開発の推進などをお任せ致します。
尚、他部門やベンダー等、様々な関係者とコミュニケーションをとりながら業務を進めていきます。海外現地法人へのデモンストレーションや海外研究機関との共同研究等、海外とのやりとりも発生する場合があります。
