業務内容

■組織の役割

ソニーグループ全体のセキュリティ、Web3、およびデジタルツイン技術の開発をリードし、グループ各社やクリエイターと密に連携しながらその実用化を推進します。音楽、映画、ゲーム、アニメなど多様なIPを有するソニーグループでは、クリエイターが最大限に活躍できる環境を実現するため、コンテンツの不正流出や生成AIによる模倣といった脅威に的確に対処することが非常に重要であり、セキュリティ技術が中核的な役割を果たします。また、ヨーロッパの研究開発拠点との協業を通じ、グローバルな最新トレンドを反映した先端技術の開発にも積極的に取り組んでいます。

■担当予定の業務内容

グループ会社やクリエイターとオープンな対話を重ねながら、現場で直面する課題を丁寧に分析しています。その上で、課題解決のための技術提案から、実際の開発、導入までをチームで取り組んでいます。

インビジブルウォーターマーク技術開発においては、アカデミアの最先端技術を積極的に活用しながら、クリエイターが抱える具体的な課題に対しては弊社独自の手法を開発・適用しています。

より具体的には、ウォーターマークの埋込や検出を実現するAIモデルやアルゴリズムの開発、GPUクラスタを用いた大規模なAIモデルの学習、実際のコンテンツを使用した実験や評価、さらにライブラリや周辺ツールの開発にも取り組んでいます。

必要となるスキル/経験

■必須

・AI/機械学習や画像認識に関する専門性・経験

・PythonでのAIモデル(学習・推論)開発経験

・チームでのソフトウェア開発経験、チーム開発を円滑に進めるコミュニケーションスキル

■あると望ましい

・ウォーターマーク技術自体や、画像認識など関連技術に関する国際学会での論文採択実績

・暗号などのセキュリティ技術に関する専門性や開発経験

・ウォーターマーク適用対象コンテンツに関する専門性や開発経験(動画の圧縮方式・コーデックや3Dアセットなど)
