自ら発想し提案できる デザイン制作を

店舗を彩る「心に響く」クリエイティブを

当社は、うどん、すき焼き、焼肉、居酒屋など 多様な飲食業態を展開しており、

本部では デザインの力でブランド価値を高め、店舗を盛り上げることに注力しています。

※制作物の意図共有や、現場の雰囲気を肌で感じてデザインに落とし込むため、

月に数回程度、奈良県内の本部または店舗への出社をお願いする場合があります。

✿販促ツール、メニュー、ポスター等のデザイン制作

  • 目的やターゲットを自ら汲み取り、自身のセンスと経験で最適なデザインを形にする

✿ブランドイメージの構築・ブラッシュアップ

  • 各業態のコンセプトを深く理解し、より魅力的で「行きたくなる」ビジュアルへと昇華させる

✿関係者との連携

  • 必要に応じて、本部スタッフや現場の店長などと打ち合わせを行い、デザインの専門家として提案を行いながら制作を進める

✿デザインワーク

  • 「こうすればもっと良くなる」というプロの視点で、積極的にアイデアを提案をする

✿視覚的に「伝わる」表現

  • 美味しさや楽しさがひと目で伝わるよう、写真選定やレイアウトを工夫し、お客様の心を動かすクリエイティブを制作

以下のいずれかの経験やスキルをお持ちの方を歓迎します。

・Adobe Creative Cloud(Illustrator、Photoshop、InDesignなど)の業務での使用経験

・抽象的なイメージや目的を正確に理解し、それを視覚的なデザインに落とし込むスキル

・飲食店のメニュー、販促POP、チラシなど、「商業デザイン」の制作経験

・指示待ちではなく、自らのアイデアでデザインを提案・形にできる方

・デザインの美しさだけでなく、視認性や情報の伝わりやすさにこだわり、目的に合った制作物を作成できる方

・印刷物の入稿データ作成や、写真補正・加工の経験

・イラスト、図、ロゴなどを効果的に活用し、ブランドの世界観を表現できる方
