【 仕事内容 】

婚活アドバイザーのアシスト役として、

事務・バックオフィス業務をお願いします。

<具体的には>

  • データ入力・資料作成

・各手続などのデータ処理

など

  • 受付・電話対応

・お見合い相手探し

・お見合いの設定、前日確認

・会員様からの電話受付や来社対応

など

  • イベントのサポート

・参加者リストの作成等の

婚活イベントの運営サポート

・成婚セレモニーでのお祝い

イベントの準備・サポート

など

  • お客様を担当したり、会員様への直接的な

婚活アドバイスなどは行いません。

あくまでアドバイザーのサポート役として

依頼された資料作成や日程調整などの

バックオフィスでの事務作業が中心となります。

  • アドバイザーが会員様の婚活サポートに

専念できるよう頼れるパートナーとなり、

あなたの素敵なサポート力を発揮してください

<選べるシフト>

(1)10:00~19:00

(2)10:00~17:00

(3)13:00~19:00

  • 勤務時間は(1)~(3)で選択OK別途ご相談可
  • 勤務日数:週4日~5日勤務(希望シフト制)

休日休暇


週2~3日休み(希望シフト制)

  • シフトは希望を最優先しながら調整
  • お休みは、メンバー同士で調整ができます。

希望を出せば土日休みや連休の取得もご相談可能

基本給:時給 1230円 〜

※給与は、経験・スキル・年齢を十分考慮し社内規定に基づき決定いたします。

※時給には一律手当を含みます。
