40年以上の歴史を持つ結婚相談所「ツヴァイ」で、お客様が婚活スタートへの第一歩を踏み出す後押しをしていただくお仕事です。ご入会のご案内から活動のサポートまで、気持ちに寄り添いながら、"幸せの一歩"を応援していきます。

人と接することが好きな方や、誰かの幸せに関わる仕事がしたい方にぴったりです。

【主な業務内容】

・ご来店・資料請求されたお客様へのカウンセリング

・ご希望やお悩みのヒアリング、最適なプランのご提案

・プロフィール作成サポート(写真アドバイス、紹介文作成など)

・お相手紹介(AIマッチングやスタッフによる紹介)

・会員様からの問合せ、ご相談対応

まずは座学で初期研修を実施。

ツヴァイのサービスについてご説明するほか、婚活サービス全般について、サポート方法など、ひとつひとつ丁寧にレクチャーします。

勤務時間・曜日:

1日あたりの実働時間:8時間

≪シフト例≫

10:00~19:00、11:00~20:00、12:00~21:00(うち休憩1時間)

※シフトにより1ヵ月単位で決定

※繁閑により多少前後する場合がございます

休暇・休日:

■年間休日120日以上(2026年:124日)

■店舗定休日:火曜日※祝日の場合は営業

■有給休暇(初年度10日)

■慶弔休暇

■子の看護休暇

■育児休職(取得実績あり)

■介護休職

■産前産後休暇

原則として土日祝日は出勤となりますが、定休日や平日に休みがあるため、予定も立てやすくどこへ行っても比較的空いていて、ゆったり過ごせるのも魅力のひとつです。もちろん冠婚葬祭など、必要に応じて土日祝のお休みも相談可能です。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥320,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥61,100(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月収32万円以上

320,000円+インセンティブ+賞与(年2回)

※みなし残業代(30時間分:61,100円)含む

※みなし残業超過分は別途全額支給

※試用期間(6ヶ月)の間、待遇に差異はありません
