仕事内容:

【 会員様の婚活支援・課題解決 】

会員様一人ひとりの状況を構造的に整理し、成婚というゴールに向けて最適な打ち手を設計・実行します。

具体的には…

・オンライン面談でのヒアリングやアドバイス

・チャットやメッセージでの行動支援・改善提案

・成婚に向けたプラン設計・進捗管理

悩みに向き合い、前に進むお手伝いをする中で、会員様と信頼関係が深まっていきます。

「ありがとう」「あなたがいてくれてよかった」その言葉が、日々の大きなやりがいになります。

入社後の流れ:

1ヶ月目:研修期間

・サービス理解

・支援方針やサポート業務の基礎習得(コーチング)

・システム操作

2〜3ヶ月目:実務スタート

・先輩のフォローを受けながら、段階的に業務にチャレンジ

・面談やチャット対応を通じて、会員様のサポートを実践

その後:キャリアステップ

・実務に慣れてきたら、マネジメントや企画業務へステップアップも可能です。

・個々の希望や強みに合わせたキャリアの可能性をご用意しています◎

勤務時間・曜日:

完全週休2日制

・平日2日休み(固定給制)

フレックス(コアタイムあり)10:00〜22:00のいずれかで勤務

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥270,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥45,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

昇給年2回(3月/9月)
