<業務内容>

結婚相談所へのご入会を希望されるお客様へのご案内をお任せします。対象は、お問い合わせをいただいた方や婚活パーティーの参加者です。

<主な業務内容>

・お客様のご希望やお悩みを丁寧にヒアリング

・各種婚活サービスのご紹介と、お客様に最適な活動プランのご提案

・入会時の手続きおよび契約内容のご説明

・専任カウンセラーへのスムーズな引き継ぎ

※ご案内はご入会までが担当範囲となります。入会後のサポートは別の専任スタッフが対応するため、案内業務に専念できます。

【ご案内スタイル】

無理な営業は行わず、お客様に寄り添ったご提案を行います。シャンクレールが展開する複数の婚活サービスの中から、お客様一人ひとりに最適な方法を一緒に考えていくスタイルです。業界未経験でも、真摯な対応を大切にできる方であれば活躍できます。

【サポート体制について】

営業経験者は優遇いたしますが、未経験の方もご安心ください。専任の公認アドバイザーが一から丁寧に研修を行い、業務に必要な実践スキルや接客ノウハウをしっかりと身につけていただけます。初めての方でも安心してスタートできる環境です。

シャンクレールは、設立以来30年にわたり、毎月5000回以上の婚活パーティーを開催し、多くの方々に信頼されてきました。この実績をもとに、より"結婚"にフォーカスしたサービスとして新たに結婚相談所を開設。現在も多くのお客様にご利用いただきながら、一人でも多くの幸せなご縁をサポートしています。

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~22:00の間で実働8時間 (シフト制)

アクセス:

西新宿駅から直結

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥260,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥46,400〜¥63,900(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給 25万〜
