生鮮・飲食業界で働く方々の最善策を模索する転職支援

採用成功に向け、企業と密に連携し、双方にとって最適な出会いを創出

■具体的な業務内容■

1.キャリア面談

・1コンサルタントあたり月間20~30名の応募ないし登録があった方への対応となります

・電話やWebMTGでの面談がメインとなります

・コミュニケーションは電話、LINE、SMSが主流です

2.マッチング

・ご希望の条件やお悩みにマッチする企業をご紹介します。

・具体的に通える範囲の企業を地図で可視化し、

社内データベースで検索、周囲への相談も可能です。

3.ご紹介

・書類選考を通過したら面接に進みます。現場やWEB面談に同席することもあります。

・内定時には諸条件を確認し、入社までを支援します。

4.その他新規開拓

・FAXやDM、荷電を通じて採用にお困りの企業様と契約を締結します。

成果報酬型で固定費がかからないため、ハードルは高くありません。

・現在は反響での締結が8割ほどとなっています。

・昇格後は、グループリーダーが上長になりますが、まだこのポジションは空いてます。

*五反田駅からすぐのためランチ場所には困りません

*25年3月に移転したばかり50人まで収容可能な新オフィスにて勤務♪

*Notionや研修資料で分からないことは自分でも調べることもできる環境

*すぐ隣に先輩がいるので質問もしやすく、

対応に困れば先輩が3者通話でサポートに入ることも可能です

DX化が進んでいたり、業務時間内に効率よく仕事を終える社風です。反面、扱うツールが多岐に渡るため、慣れるのに1~2ヵ月ほどかかると思います。

求める人材:

【必須条件】

・人材紹介の営業経験3年以上

・Office、CRM、営業SaaSツールなどを使ったことがある方

・部下の数値責任まで持ったマネジメント経験がある方

【歓迎条件】

・プレイングリーダーやマネージャーを経験している方

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 勤務時間:9:00~18:00 休憩60分 ※平日のみ
  • 残業:みなし残業代45時間分を含みますが、実態として月の残業時間は10~20時間程度です。※残業なしの働き方をご希望する方も、おっしゃってください
  • 時短勤務の方もご相談ください

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,000,000 〜 ¥6,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥100,500(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
