IT Administration, Information Security, and End User Support:

- Be the architect of our digital workspace by installing and configuring hardware, printers, and scanners that meet and exceed company standards.
- Swiftly resolve technical challenges with expert troubleshooting of IT incidents, ensuring minimal downtime at the branch.
- Collaborate with industry-leading vendors and our Head Office support team to resolve complex issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Lead the charge in innovation by performing hardware and software installations and upgrades, keeping our technology at the forefront.
- Drive strategic sourcing and procurement of IT equipment, ensuring our team has the best tools to succeed.
- Champion IT asset management by overseeing equipment inventory, obsolescence risk, licensing, and user access rights, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Serve as a vital bridge between local and Head Office systems, managing user administration and coordination for optimal system performance.
- Monitor and secure our digital infrastructure by managing servers, security equipment, and network devices, including voice recorders, access card readers, and CCTVs.
- Ensure optimal network performance through expert handling of network cabling and patching in the server room.
- Align our communication room with global standards by managing it in accordance with the Group's facility classification matrix.
Project Management:
- Lead groundbreaking IT projects by collaborating with vendors and the Head Office, taking the local lead on new system implementations, changes, and enhancements.
- Be the go-to technical expert providing invaluable support and expertise for a variety of innovative projects.
IT Control & Compliance:
- Control our IT budget with precision to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals.
- Mitigate risks and ensure compliance by adhering to rules, regulations, and guidelines set by authorities and the Group, while staying updated on relevant changes.
- Protect our digital landscape by identifying key technology and information security risks, implementing effective control measures.
- Be the face of IT during audits by handling auditor and regulator interviews, questionnaires, and reporting with professionalism.
- Create a culture of compliance by working with branch managers to develop and maintain IT procedures and manuals.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies by guaranteeing branch compliance with Information Technology and Security policies and local regulatory requirements.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Drive process innovation to streamline operations and increase the efficiency of IT support.
- Proactively manage issues by escalating them promptly, keeping affected users informed, and providing timely updates to users and management.
- Deliver excellence in every task by completing work accurately and efficiently.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration by working effectively with other staff and departments.
- Exhibit a high degree of independence and self-motivation, thriving in an autonomous work environment.
- Communicate with impact by effectively conveying ideas and information in English and Japanese.
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a IT Manager / IT Director / CTO role.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a solid track record in IT business partnering roles and driving technology initiatives and programmes across the business.
