仕事内容:

アルカワールドのバックオフィスでは、

経理・総務・人事労務・庶務といった 会社運営の要となる業務 をお任せします。

単なる事務ではなく、会社全体の流れを整え、未来を支える重要なポジションです。

■ 経理業務

  • 会計ソフト入力(仕訳・請求処理・経費精算)
  • 現金・預金管理、振込処理
  • 納税書類作成、税務サポート
  • 銀行折衝、資料提出

■ 総務業務

  • 備品・社内インフラ管理
  • オフィス環境整備
  • 社内システムの設定・簡易メンテナンス

■ 人事労務

  • 入退社手続き
  • 社会保険関係の届出
  • 勤怠管理、給与関連補助

■ 庶務・サポート

  • 書類整理
  • 電話対応・来客対応
  • 各種事務サポート

入社後は、先輩がOJTで丁寧にサポート。

経験に応じて業務を少しずつ広げ、

固定残業代あり:月給¥280,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥26,000(13時間相当分)を含む。13時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
