2025年8月、NECグループからPOS事業を引き継いで独立したPOSメーカーです。

NECのビジネス基盤を引継いでいるため、国内のPOS端末市場で高いシェアを有しています。また、NECグループの充実した福利厚生も引継いでおり、設立直後ではありますが働きやすい環境です。さらに、安定基盤を持ちながらも、専業会社として独立しているので当然ベンチャーマインドも持ち合わせており、企業の成長はもちろんですが、働く社員の成長も求められる企業風土です。

<業務内容>

大手ナショナルチェーン様を中心に、お客様のニーズに合わせたPOSレジの提案やシステム導入を通じて、生産性向上やカスタマーエクスペリエンスの向上に貢献し、顧客の事業拡大に直結するやりがいのある仕事です。社内外の多くのパートナーと連携しながら、経営者とのやり取りを通じてビジネスの最前線で活躍できます。

<職務詳細>

・既存顧客へのサポートと製品の提案

・製品導入に関するデモンストレーションの実施

・契約締結後のフォローアップとサポート

・納品以降の運用ソリューション提案

・営業資料や見積もり書の作成

・新規顧客の開拓とアプローチ

デジタルマーケティングを駆使した先進的なアプローチで飲食業界をサポートしており、経営者との直接的なコミュニケーションを通じて、ビジネスの成長を実感できる環境があります。

※首都圏の営業部では部ごとに約10名程度のチームで構成されています。

<営業スタイル>

・顧客/飲食や小売業界、社員食堂を運営する大手企業

・既存顧客がメインになりますが、お客様からの紹介や展示会でのアプローチも行っていただく場合もございます。

<働き方/社風>

1日のアポイント数は平均して2~3件ほどで、直行直帰・リモートワーク可能のため、効率的に業務を進めることができます。また残業時間は20h前後のため、働きやすい環境が整っております。穏やかな方が多く、社員同士距離が近いことも当社の特徴です。
