●
調達戦略部のミッション

グローバル調達本部における戦略的調達の推進

・調達に係るリスク・ニーズ評価に基づき、Globalの中長期調達計画における調達戦略と調達コスト管理の立案と指揮を執る

・パナソニックグループからの移行期間/自立化の項目化と計画管理と課題の見える化、パナソニックグループ調達企画部門との連携、高度情報技術への取組みによる効率化

・Global・Region調達部門のKGI・KPIをモニタリングし、Global調達の全支出の見える化、固定費管理、組織連携、人材育成、EOS改善、効率化を指揮する

・上記を通して、Global・Region調達部門の着実な計画達成・効率的運営を実現し、中長期にわたるGlobal全体の調達コストを最適化する

当社はアポロ・グループ傘下になり、これまでのパナソニックグループから自動車部品事業を専業とした個社になっています。

TSA期間を経て調達機能をパナソニックグループから自立し、新たな調達組織の構築に向けて大きな変革の真っ只中にあります。

この変革を戦略的思考でリーダーシップを持って能動的に推進することのできる、調達に関する知見・経験を豊富に有した人材が急務となっています。

●ご担当頂く業務

・グローバル調達部門の統制と調達戦略立案・実行(海外調達責任者、調達部門との定期・不定期のやり取り含む)

・調達業務全般におけるパナソニックグループからの移行期間/自立化に向けた計画立案と実行

・サプライヤーとの信頼関係構築、主要サプライヤ経営幹部とPAS経営幹部とのリレーションシップ強化

●期待する役割

・前例のない取組み、課題に対して、ご自身の経験・能力を活かして、能動的に新しい調達組織を構築

・グローバル調達の複数部門の状況を把握し、全社的課題の抽出や優先度の高い取組みに対するリーディング

●具体的な仕事内容

・パナソニックグループからの移行期間/自立化に向けた契約・購買・戦略企画・購入先管理についてパナソニックグループとの折衝と各項目の推進・実行

・PAS各部門との移行期間/自立化に向けた調整・検討と収支改善に向けたグローバル調達部門のリード

・KPI指標管理とKPI達成に向けた施策立案・実行見届け

・サプライヤーとのリレーションシップ強化に向けた 各種会議の実行と技術展示会・交流会の実行

・組織責任者として、自部門の人材育成、マネジメント

資格・スキル・経験など

●職務経験:

・業界経験: 自動車業界またはエレクトロニクス業界で、調達/営業/事業戦略/M&A経験などのいずれかのご経験

・調達経験 (歓迎) : 半導体やエレクトロニクス部品の調達経験。

●職務関連能力:

・技術知識: プレゼンテーションスキル、論理組立力、調達TOPマネジメントが思考する内容の理解力

・戦略的視点: 長期的な調達戦略の立案と実行、グローバル調達ネットワークの構築と最適化

・ステークホルダーマネジメント:内部および外部のステークホルダーとの良好な関係を維持し、調整を行う能力

・リーダーシップ: 調達部門全体の代表としてのマネジメントと人材育成

・言語力: 英語および日本語のビジネスレベルの言語能力(TOEIC700点以上)
