当社オートモーティブ事業は、設計力、製品品質、BCP対応力でカーOEM様の信頼を勝ち取り、国内外でのビジネスを展開しており、今後、更なる事業拡大に向けた体制構築を進めています。
当社事業の製品開発、品質、コスト力の強化をデバイス調達を通して実現する部門が我々調達本部になります。

Global 調達契約統括部 デバイス契約部 半導体契約課のミッション
・当社事業におけるグローバル全ての半導体部品契約の戦略立案・実行
・最新の業界・材料・Fab動向把握、事業環境変化に追随する発注戦略の立案及び実行
・最適なメーカー・部品の選定・提案により事業収支の改善・確保へ貢献

担当業務と役割
半導体調達の契約戦略領域において、契約条件の最適化/供給安定の確保/調達ガバナンスの構築などを推進いただきます。
Apolloとのパートナーシップによる経営変革の中で、調達機能の自律化と効率化を進める役割を担い、以下の役割を期待します。
・当社事業における半導体グローバルソーシング戦略の策定、購入条件の交渉と管理
・半導体業界のプロとして半導体市場動向、関連サプライヤーの動向分析とマーケティング実施、競争力のある半導体の選定・採用
・サプライヤーとの信頼関係構築、主要サプライヤ経営幹部とPAS社経営幹部とのリレーション強化
・半導体契約業務におけるパナソニックグループ集中契約部門との業務項目整理、及び半導体契約業務の自立化の実現
・グローバル各地域契約部門と協働し、地域にHQがあるサプライヤへの協働によるコスト・納期等条件交渉の最適化

具体的な仕事内容
当社事業におけるグローバル全ての半導体契約の戦略立案・実行を行います。
各地域の契約主査と協働し、戦略のグランドデザイン構築と各地域と実行いただきます。
・事業部との連携による開発上流段階からのソーシング参画、早期原価構築による事業競争力貢献
・PAS社における半導体契約プロセスの推進と調達戦略立案
・サプライヤーと一体になった協創活動、競合をベンチマークし自社商品力向上に向けた合理化戦略を策定し推進
