【仕事内容】

個人のライフスタイルが変化する中、ライフイベントに応じた個人向け無担保ローンの需要は高まりを見せており、銀行業界だけでなく、ノンバンクも同様に個人向け無担保ローンの積極推進を行っているため、業界内の競争が激化しています。

メガバンクと異なり、関連ノンバンク法人を有しない同社グループも個人ローンビジネスを積極推進すべく、各種商品の開発、推進の強化を行っています。

住宅ローン分野は、グループ合算残高業界ナンバーワンで同社の中核ビジネスの一つです。現状の住宅ローンビジネスは、金利競争激化で低SP化が課題のひとつであり、僅々に金利に代わる差別化出来るサービスの提供が必須であります。我々は、お客さまの住宅に関する「おこまりごと」に真摯に向き合い、価値提供していくことが大事なサービスだと考えております。今後の更なる事業拡大にあたって、柔軟な発想で積極的なチャレンジ意欲があり、その一躍を担っていただける方の募集となります。

1)住宅ローン商品の多様化するニーズに対応する商品開発(SXローンなどの時代にマッチした住宅ローン商品開発)

2)マーケット、他行状況に応じた適正な金利プライシングに基づく競争力のある金利施策実行。

3)お客様のニーズに合わせた新たな保障内容を組み込んだ団体信用生命保険の新商品開発。

4)上記施策に合わせたプローモーション戦略立案など住宅に関わる重要な企画立案に挑戦していただきます。

【組織構成】

住まいサポート部(総人員707名) ローン商品企画Gに配属となります。

ローン商品企画Gはグループリーダー以下計8名の組織となります。

【必須要件】

下記いずれかのご経験を5年以上お持ちの方

1)住宅ローンに関する企画業務

2)ノンバンク企業にて消費性ローン等の企画業務

3)住宅メーカー等で商品企画や付帯サービスなどにおける企画業務

【歓迎要件】

・住宅ローンに関わる業務経験がある方

・有担保、無担保ローンいずれかのローン企画業務の経験のある方

・住宅販売の推進企画の業務経験のある方

【給与】

・月給:390,300円〜465,700円

・賃金形態:月給制

・昇給有無:有

※給与詳細は経験、前職の年収、同行基準テーブルを考慮の上決定します(同行規定による提示)

※裁量労働制を選択した場合、裁量労働手当は職務の適用基準により職務給の20〜40%相当額を支給します。

※予定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。
