次世代戦略本部は、社会課題の解決と新産業の創出を両立させるため、中央省庁・地方自治体・国立研究所・教育機関などの公的機関や関係団体との連携を強化し、政策提言や社会実装に向けた提案を通じて協働を推進します。
また、各業界のリーディングカンパニーやスタートアップとのパートナーシップを基盤に、未来の社会・サービスのあるべき姿を構想し、その実現に向けた戦略立案と実行を担います。
当該領域においては、会社およびグループ企業のアセットとシナジーを最大化しながら、新たなビジネスモデルやユースケースの構築、新規事業の開発・社会実装を通じて、次世代の社会基盤を創る戦略的イノベーションを推進していきます。
【ミッション】
次世代社会の姿を構想し、その実現に向けて基盤と仕組みを設計するとともに、社会・産業構造の変革を通じて当社の次なる事業の柱を創出する。
【業務内容】
世界および社会の動向を的確に捉え、次世代社会のビジョンを描きながら、社会・産業構造の変革を起点とした新たな事業創造を推進する。
次世代デジタル社会インフラならびに次世代デジタル社会インフラを土台とした事業創造・戦略企画
国内外の市場・技術動向分析、社会課題の特定に基づく新規事業機会の探索と企画立案
中央省庁・地方公共団体および国立研究所・教育機関など公的機関や関係団体との関係強化・維持および提言、提案
事業コンセプトの策定、ビジネスモデルの設計、事業計画の作成
協業候補となる企業(国内外のリーディングカンパニー、スタートアップなど)の発掘、評価、交渉、アライアンス構築
パートナー企業や社内関連部署(技術、営業、法務など)と連携したプロジェクト推進、実行管理
実証実験(PoC)の計画・実行、効果測定、および本格展開に向けた戦略策定
当社グループのアセット(技術、顧客基盤、ブランドなど)を最大限活用した事業成長戦略の立案と実行

【応募資格】
必須:
新規事業開発もしくはプロダクト・サービスの戦略策定の経験(市場/競合調査分析、事業戦略策定、企画提案活動など)
国、自治体とのコミュニケーション経験または業界団体などの団体において研究会や標準策定などに従事した経験
多様なステークホルダーを巻き込んだプロジェクトマネジメント経験および交渉、折衝の実務経験
IT・先端テクノロジーの知見を有するまたは当該分野への意欲・関心の高い方
