職務概要(具体的な業務内容)

■具体的な業務例

・グローバルパフォーマンスマネージメントの運営(企画立案、システムデザイン、年間サイクルの運営。対象はグローバルに役員と従業員)

・Astemo VALUES Drivers(行動基準)の運営

・1 on 1カルチャーの推進

・国内海外グループ会社役員人事プロセスの運営

・MVV推進(FY25まではプロジェクト体制。FY26はプロジェクトが解散となるものの、適宜フォローアップ活動を実施予定)

■入社後すぐの業務

・会社の基本事項を覚えると共に、前任者から業務引継ぎを行いながら、上記業務を開始

■入社4ヵ月~1年以降

・1年目は年間サイクルを覚えながら、既存課題を解決していく

・2年目以降は新たな改善活動やアイディアを取り入れ、施策を充実させていく

■携わる製品の名称や特徴

・HRプラットフォームであるWorkdayを活用してグローバルパフォーマンスマネージメントを運営している

■リモートワーク頻度

・今回募集するポジションのリモートワーク頻度については、時期により異なるものの、平常時は週4日リモート勤務

・時期により異なるが、平均すると30h程度

必須条件

■職務経験

・3年以上の本社人事企画業務経験、またはビジネス組織での人事施策立案・運営経験、HRBP経験

■資格

・TOEIC600点以上
