* Analyze and report business trends to identify causal factors and recommend improvements
* Lead business financial planning, including analysis, forecasting, and return on investment measurement
* Monitor site metrics to improve performance
* Work with the APAC team on yearly strategy and planning
* Communicate with colleagues to share performance reviews, improvement actions, and best practices
* Create campaigns to improve search engine rankings, increase traffic, and strengthen customer loyalty
* Support ongoing improvements to digital content, creative, and targeting of emails
* Coordinate with 3rd party platformers to maximize e-commerce sales
* Build and maintain vendor relationships
* Develop local partnerships opportunities
* Strategically plan product collections, inventory levels, and replenishment
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
* Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns
* Develop and monitor campaign budgets
* Work with the marketing team to align on marketing priorities and brainstorm growth strategies
* Manage all microsites and ensure they follow brand guidelines
* Manage Gold leads and monitor conversions
* Bachelor's degree required
* At least 5 years of related experience
* Proficiency in English
* Background in managing data warehouses and working with Ecommerce retail partners
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment
* Analytical capability
* Merchandising, accounting, and/or business experience a plus
* Team player
* Passion to learn new things
* Business Acumen and agility with business decisions
* Self-starter in an international environment
