IPO準備中企業の経営企画(部長候補)【経営直下×裁量/幅広い業務経験】
【仕事内容】
上場を目指す経営企画部長として業務をご担当頂きます。
投資家への資料作成などのIR業務全般、中期戦略課題の解決に向けた販売管理、各種現状分析、目標を計画資料に落とし込む経営陣との壁打ちMTGなどをお任せします。

IR業務/有価証券報告書作成/証券会社対応/事業計画書作成(サブビジネス事業含む)/中期経営計画の作成/戦略検討/立案~案件の実行
/予算案管理/エクイティストーリー作成/取締役会報告資料作成(予実分析報告書)/業界分析、市場分析経験/KPI管理/販売管理

年収:700~900万円 月給制 基本給:397500円残業代:固定残業代制 固定残業時間:45時間 固定残業代:141000円 超過分は全額支給 通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり30000円) 賞与:あり 年1回(賞与実績:1ヶ月分) 昇給:あり 年1回
