仕事内容


コンテンツを起点としたSNS戦略設計〜拡散モデル構築〜数値改善推進までを担うポジションです。単なる投稿制作ではなく、拡散される構造の設計、保存・シェアを促すフォーマット開発、シリーズ化による継続接触設計までを一気通貫で担当していただきます。アルゴリズム理解とデータ分析を基に、再現性のある拡散モデルを確立する戦略特化ポジションです。

【業務内容】

  • コンテンツ戦略設計

・ターゲット/ペルソナ設計

・コンテンツテーマ設計

・投稿フォーマット設計

・シリーズコンテンツ設計

・中長期コンテンツロードマップ策定

  • 拡散モデル構築

・フック設計(冒頭構成最適化)

・保存/シェア導線設計

・拡散トリガー設計

・UGC活用施策設計

・キャンペーン連動設計

  • 数値分析・改善推進

・投稿別パフォーマンス分析

・リーチ構造/拡散率分析

・保存率/遷移率改善施策立案

・仮説設計および改善実行

・月次レポーティング/改善提案

  • 推進・提案業務

・定例ミーティング参加

・戦略提案資料作成

・数値報告および改善提案

・事業KPIに基づくSNS活用方針策定

時給2,400~3,200円
