【仕事内容】

賃貸マンションやアパートの退去時に立ち会い、室内の状態を確認して原状回復工事の手配を行う管理業務をお任せします。

~~ 具体的には

〇退去日時に合わせて物件を訪問(社用車で都内中心に移動)

〇壁・床・設備などの状態確認と傷・汚れのチェック

〇点検内容の写真撮影と退去者への簡単な説明

〇鍵の返却確認

〇立会報告書と見積書の作成(タブレット・PC使用) など

※1日平均2~3件の物件を訪問。基本的に都内がメインです。

※現場から現場への移動時間が比較的多い仕事です(現場から現場への移動時間も勤務時間に含まれます)

入社後は先輩スタッフが一つひとつの業務について丁寧にお教えします。わからないことがあれば、近くにいる先輩スタッフに気軽に声を掛けていただければOK。専門的な判断は先輩や上司がサポートするのでご安心ください

【マニュアル完備で未経験も安心】

不動産業界が初めてでも大丈夫。チェックシートとマニュアルが完備されており、何をどう確認すればよいか明確なので判断に迷うことはほとんどありません専門的な判断が必要な場面では先輩や上司がしっかりサポートするので、未経験の方でも安心。タブレットやPCの基本操作ができれば、報告書や見積書の作成もスムーズに進められます

【事務作業は手厚くサポート】

点検後の立会報告書や見積書作成は、事務スタッフがしっかりバックアップフォーマットが整っているので、必要な情報を入力するだけで完成。専門知識がなくても書類作成がスムーズに進められる環境が整っています

【1日2~3件のゆとり勤務】

1日に訪問する物件は平均2~3件。社用車で都内を中心に移動しながら、退去立会と点検業務を行います。基本的に9時~19時の間で実働7時間程度と、無理のないスケジュールで業務を行っております。
