本ポジションは、「exaBase DXアセスメント&ラーニング」のエンジニアリングマネージャーとして、プロダクト開発および組織・育成戦略の策定および実行をリードいただくことを期待しています。

■事業戦略から紐づいたエンジニア組織開発および採用・育成・評価の戦略および実行
■メンバーのエンゲージメント維持施策の実施
■メンバーのキャリア開発支援
■新卒採用受入体制の構築
▽技術領域
■技術選定やアーキテクチャに関する意思決定サポート
■Tech leadと協業をした技術戦略の策定サポート、チーム全体への技術的なガイダンス(レビュー、課題発見など)
【技術スタック】
Kotlin / Javalin
Javaの豊富なライブラリ群を活かしつつ、Javaの冗長な書き方を排除し、
ビジネスロジックに開発者が注力できるところが強力であるため採用しています。
また、軽量フレームワークであるJavalinは問題発生時に全てのソースを確認でき、

【求める人材】
【必須スキル・経験】
■4-5名以上のエンジニアリング組織のマネジメント経験3年以上
■メンバーの人事評価、キャリア育成の経験
■ソフトウェア開発経験に関わったご経験
■日本語での流暢なビジネスコミュニケーション能力
└ テキストコミュニケーションやミーティングを含め、日常業務を日本語で完結できることが求められます
例)日本語能力試験N1程度、日本語環境での3年程度の就業経験をお持ちである等
